Who operates the app

Crew Metal Fabrication Company is the operator named in this policy. Contact bullard@crewmetal.click for privacy questions or requests.

Your garden stays on your device

The puzzle game saves progress, current puzzles, collections, daily challenge records and settings locally. It does not require an account or provide account-based cloud saves. Flowers and decorations have no cash value. Removing the app can remove its local save.

Installation and session measurement

We use Adjust to count app installations and measure app sessions. The measurement SDK can process its installation identifier (ADID), the identifier for this vendor (IDFV), device model and operating-system information, app version, installation and session times, session counts and duration, and tracking-permission status. Its signature component also declares device identifiers and diagnostic data used to support the service. Network services can receive your IP address when making a connection. The local puzzle board, saved moves, flower collection and game settings are not sent as custom game events by the app.

Adjust may initialize when the app launches, before the tracking-permission prompt, and also when the local game is selected. Refusing tracking permission does not turn off all installation and session measurement. More information is available in Adjust's privacy policy.

Tracking permission and identifiers

The app may ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. A valid advertising identifier (IDFA) is read and included in the relevant app and SDK request paths only when iOS reports that permission has been granted. Refusing does not prevent you from playing. You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings.

An eligible online entry can receive the Adjust installation identifier in its address, and the advertising identifier when permission allows it. ADID is distinct from IDFA and is not an anonymous substitute for tracking permission. Our use of measurement data is installation and session analytics. Clearing the app's website data or changing iOS permission does not itself delete information already held by a service provider.

Privacy pages and remote configuration

The app can retrieve remote configuration and open an informational privacy-policy page when the device region is eligible. Region selection uses your device's locale setting; the app does not use GPS or your SIM to determine your location. The privacy pages do not offer account registration, purchases or content-upload forms. WebKit may retain website data such as cookies on the device. We do not retain access logs on our application server.

Support requests

If you email support, we receive the contact details, issue description and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request and investigate the reported problem. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other unnecessary personal information.

Retention and deletion

Our retention period for information retained by Crew Metal Fabrication Company is up to 90 days. Local game saves remain on your device until removed; device backups may also contain app data under your device settings. Adjust and Cloudflare process information under their applicable privacy policies and service settings, so this operator retention period is not a statement that every provider deletes all of its records after 90 days.

To request access, correction or deletion of information handled by us, email bullard@crewmetal.click and identify the request without sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. We will review the request and coordinate with the relevant provider where needed.

Your choices

You can turn music and sound effects off in the game, manage iOS permissions, or delete the app and its local data. Refusing tracking permission does not affect access to the puzzles. You may contact the privacy email above about support correspondence or information handled by our providers.

This website and service providers

Cloudflare Pages hosts and delivers these support and privacy pages. The page source includes no advertising pixels, analytics scripts or registration forms. Cloudflare may process connection and security information to deliver and protect the website; our statement about application-server logs does not describe Cloudflare's own processing. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Adjust receives information needed for the installation and session measurement described above. Support correspondence is handled through our support mailbox. These providers may process information in locations where they operate.

Intended audience

Florivials is a casual puzzle game intended for adults aged 18 and older. It does not provide real-money rewards, deposits, withdrawals or cash redemption.

Changes

We will update this policy when the app's services or privacy practices change. The effective date above identifies this version.
